Panchgani enters the last full week of September with a quieter local-event calendar than some recent weeks, but there are still several things worth knowing about. Ganeshotsav reaches Anant Chaturdashi on Friday, 25 September, Table Land is beginning its seasonal wildflower display, New Era High School has a scheduled parent–student outing on Saturday, and the weather should gradually become drier toward the weekend.

We searched current school calendars, official event websites, local news and current Panchgani information. We did not find reliable evidence of a major public concert, large food festival, art exhibition or town-wide fair specifically scheduled for 21–27 September. Ganeshotsav Reaches Its Final Major Day – Friday, 25 September

The biggest calendar marker this week is Anant Chaturdashi on Friday, 25 September 2026, traditionally associated with the culmination of the main Ganeshotsav period and Ganesh Visarjan.

The 2026 calendar places Anant Chaturdashi on 25 September, with the relevant Chaturdashi tithi running from late on 24 September into 25 September.

For Panchgani residents and visitors, this means the end of Ganeshotsav may bring increased local movement, household and community celebrations and possible traffic changes.

India Bike Week: A New Panchgani Countdown Has Begun

India Bike Week isn't happening this week — the main event is scheduled for 4–5 December 2026 in Panchgani — but there is an important current development worth watching.

The official India Bike Week website confirms the 2026 festival will return to Panchgani with racing, custom motorcycle builds, stunt shows, test rides, music, food and other experiences.

The event is expected to use a larger venue and extend some activities into Panchgani and surrounding areas. BikeWale reports that the 2026 venue is 50% larger than last year's location
